Order Processing

Cut-off time: Orders placed by 12 p.m. CT (UTC-6) on a business day are usually processed the same day; orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays ship the next business day.

Processing window: 1 – 2 business days, excluding carrier transit times.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We cannot reroute packages once in transit. If you spot an error, contact contact@rosetteandco.com within one hour of purchase—our team will do its best to correct the address before fulfillment begins.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any VAT, GST, customs duties, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. If you refuse delivery because of these charges, shipping costs (original and return) will be deducted from any refund.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed: A package is considered delayed only after the carrier’s published delivery window has elapsed.

Lost: If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive days (U.S.) or 20 consecutive days (international), contact us for a free replacement or refund.

Damaged: If your items arrive damaged, e-mail clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement at no cost.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

Payment is captured at checkout to reserve your items. The expected ship-by date is displayed on the product page and in your e-mail confirmation. If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will normally hold the order for a single shipment unless you choose split shipping at checkout.


Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping

During November–December and other promotional periods, processing may extend to 3–4 business days, and carrier transit times can be longer. Order early to ensure on-time arrival.
